Q When I try to start a new project, the site loads my previous project instead.
A Your browser is using the Temporary Internet Files to load the website, and these files contain the last project you did. You can sometimes clear Temporary Internet Files by simply rebooting your computer. However, if this does not work, you will need to delete them. To delete them from Microsoft Internet Explorer, select Tools > Internet Options then select the General Tab and Delete Files from the Temporary Internet files section. Instructions for doing this will also be provided in the Help section of your browser (which includes AOL), and can generally be obtained by entering the search or index words “Temporary Internet Files”. Occasionally, it is also necessary to reboot your computer after deleting these files.
Q When I try to open an unfinished project, it will not load or it includes parts from the last time it was saved.
A If it has been more than 7 days since you last saved it, the project has been deleted from our server, and unfortunately we cannot get it back. If it has been less than 7 days, first try deleting your Temporary Internet files outlined in the answer to the question "When I try to start a new project, the last project I worked on loads instead."
Q When I try to enter my Retail Kit Order Number, it won't accept it.
A Please make sure that you click the correct product name. Do not include the beginning letter, commas, or spaces in the Order Number. If your number is still not accepted, make sure that you have not already used this number for a prior Internet Production session, or that the materials were already mailed in for production as well. If you are sure the number is still valid, please use our Online Question Form and select "Technical Issue," "Internet Production".
Q Nothing loads when I try to make my own drawing! Help!
A This problem occurs because your browser is set to disable Java applications. Refer to your browsers help files for information on how to enable Java.
Q Uploaded images or pages don’t appear.
A Try pressing your browser's refresh button. If this does not work, save your project and then restart your computer. If this still does not fix the problem, your security settings may be preventing the display of images. Refer to your browser's help files on how to lower your security settings, which can be done just for our site without changing your settings for other sites.
Q When I try to complete an order, it says I am missing an image, book page, calendar page, etc., but they all show properly in the preview window.
A This occurs when an image is corrupted. To find and replace the corrupted image, save your project and delete your temporary Internet files using the procedures for answering the question “When I try to start a new project, the last project I worked on loads instead.” Then reload the project. The corrupted image will be removed and can now be reloaded.
Q How can I reorder a finished book, calendar, or other product I have completed online?
A Go to the same Internet Production page to start a new project, then select the last option, “Click here to reorder a completed project!” Note that this feature also allows you to make changes to the previously ordered project before reordering is completed.
